Support total store sales and increase profitability by ensuring products are in stock and available to our guests. Welcome and engage guests at the front of the store and on the salesfloor. Influence and validate physical security and safety processes; participate in store response and emergency crisis situations; create security plans for in-store events. Support your leader in educating teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures. Develop, coach and lead your team members to elevate their skills and expertise, per direction from your leader. Anticipate staffing needs and support your leader to effectively talent plan around a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management. Identify theft and shortage trends in your store. Identify shortage risks in key areas and support your leader and leaders across the store to develop tactics that will reduce shortage and drive profitable sales.
