Analyst

The Digital Transformation Team is seeking an Analyst that can focus on providing content and actionable investment ideas for clients interested in investing in emerging tech trends such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Assets, as well as how deploying these technologies can turbocharge the Wealth Management business. This role plays a key part in driving the adoption and implementation of AI across the Wealth Management business by coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing governance and compliance workflows, and enabling scalable deployment of AI-powered tools and solutions.

PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

The PWM Digital Transformation Team identifies and advances commercial opportunities related to emerging technologies with a focus on client and investment content, as well as internal implementation strategy.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential:

  • Drive, engage, and help plan advisor and client-facing education content and activities related to generative AI and digital assets.
  • Provide Wealth Solutions to advisors and clients across the globe
  • Build a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business through analyzing the applicability and impact of AI technologies and solutions to each business area
  • Partner with production and engineering to coordinate the development, release, and access management for new tools, including communication materials, training, demos, and gathering feedback
  • Identify and track key performance metrics for live tools in order to calculate overall usage, efficacy, and ROI
  • Service as a point of contact for user queries related to AI initiatives and provide timely and effective support
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships through effective written and verbal communications
  • Assist in the creation, distribution, and review of widely-communicated internal materials
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and work closely with control functions to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2+ years of experience in Asset and/or Wealth Management, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working with publicly traded equities, derivatives background preferred
  • Proficiency in AI tools is preferred
  • Detailed-oriented with extremely strong organizational skills
  • Interest in and knowledge of emerging technologies such as generative AI and digital assets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive in learning and staying updated with industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Highly proficient in MS365 Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Salary Range: The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75000-$125000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
