The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is recruiting for an Asset Strategy Program Manager. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of MDT's asset management program. Responsible for the development, implementation, maintaining and advancing a comprehensive asset strategy program that informs decision-making across all areas of the department (maintenance, operations, planning, engineering, and budget). Responsible for having data-driven investments that preserve the condition, performance, and value of MDT's transportation infrastructure over its lifecycle. This position will report directly to the Asset Strategy, Operations & Maintenance Manager and will have four direct reports. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business administration, business management, business finance, mathematics, data analytics or related degree.
