Asset Manager - Genuine Search Group : Job Details

Our client, a real estate private equity firm, is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a real estate portfolio (multifamily/mixed-use.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of real estate assets (e.g., multifamily, commercial, mixed-use), ensuring performance aligns with investment goals.
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans including leasing, repositioning, renovations, and dispositions.
• Analyze property financials, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve NOI.
• Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, and vendors.
• Review and approve annual budgets, capital plans, and operating expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management or related role
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel required
