Asset Management Coordinator - Waste Management : Job Details

Assist the Asset Manager in day to day operations to include cross functional tasks related to other departments. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Create purchase orders to assist with stock moves, purchases, freight, and install. Aid in conducting inventory validations and reconcile inventory reports to include updating fixed asset cards in Navision. Support the warranty program. Track warranty claims & assist in follow thru of warranty claims and track cost associated/avoided by pursing warranty. Coordinate high visibility installs and/or provide guidance in expediting deliverables outside of normal business timeframes. Generate reports using available software tools to display performance of equipment items or inventory levels.
