Position Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to join our aerospace production team. In this role, you'll be assembling, testing, and inspecting complex components to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments

• Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics

• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Maintain accurate documentation and production records

• Support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience—preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing— but not required

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Experience with sheet metal is a plus
