The Assembly Technician I is responsible for producing basic components by assembling parts and subassemblies using small tools, fixtures and testing instruments. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produces basic components by assembling parts and subassemblies using small tools and fixtures, hands, and drawings or blueprints when necessary.
- Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions (written and verbal).
- Adheres to the QMS standards & understands the quality policy
- Tests the quality of work using prescribed methods including measuring devices.
- Notifies their manager when quality issues arise.
- Completes any necessary work records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Works with the rest of the team to maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

- Must be able to complete a supervised training program
- Must be able to understand all pertinent work instructions and procedures as assigned

Job Specifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred, but not required
