Assembly Team Lead - All StarZ Staffing : Job Details

All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Assembly Team Leader for an immediate opening with a espresso machine company in Renton, WA (near Uwajimaya). We're looking for someone with manufacturing experience to lead an assembly team putting together electrical and mechanical components. This is full time, direct hire opportunity!Pay for the Assembly Team Leader:

• $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

Job Location:

• Renton, WA: Located just off Hwy 405 & Hwy 167, and just a 4-minute drive from Renton Village and Uwajimaya
• Bus line accessible: Located within a 5-minute walk of the nearest King County Metro bus stops (RapidRide F Line & Route 153)
• Conveniently located near a variety of dining options and grocery stores

Schedule for the Assembly Team Leader:

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift

Assembly Team Leader Duties:

• Guide team members in following defined assembly procedures to comply with quality standards
• Maintain complete and accurate records
• Motivate the production team to meet set production goals
• Manage the production team, including motivating the team, encouraging improvement, and resolving conflict

Assembly Team Leader Qualifications:

• Familiar with the 5S lean manufacturing methodology and recognized QC tools is preferred
• Proven ability to exercise judgement and delegate work to meet team goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have good computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
• An interest in working toward professional accreditation is preferred
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
