Assembly Team Lead - 1st shift - Emerson Electric Company : Job Details

As a Assembly Team Lead, You Will: Work with management, engineers, and team to plan and organize the departments operations, assignments, standard operating practices, and procedures in a safe and efficient manner. Lead and instruct team in day-to-day activities. Support staff with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Generate and review reports. Coordinate training of team members. Jump in to assist in assembling products if the team hits a roadblock. Test products via high voltage system while following all local, state, federal, and Emerson safety policies.
