Assembly Production Worker 2nd Shift - Iowa Staffing : Job Details

As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of custom hydraulic cylinders used across various industries, including agriculture, construction, transportation, and military applications. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, robotic welders, and other specialized equipment.
• Conduct inspections using gauges and measuring instruments.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials and finished products within the facility.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and cleaning; assist in mixing and applying paint; inspect finished products for quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent work history
• Manufacturing experience
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Frequent standing
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
