Assembly OperatorApplication Deadline: 31 December 2025 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: New Albany Indiana Reporting To: Shift Supervisor or Line Leader Compensation: $17.00 - $18.25 / hour Description Produces, inspects and packages quality plastics parts within established production standards while following safety guidelines. Perform secondary operations to injection molded plastic parts. Key Responsibilities 1. Bolt, clip, screw, cement or otherwise fasten parts together by hand or with power machinery. 2. Trim or ream flash from parts using hand tools as needed. 3. Re-package parts in accordance with packaging specifications to prevent damage when shipping. 4. Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met Physical Demands:

• Standing - frequently required on concrete floor
• Walking - sometimes required when tracking a part from a box to a machine and when repackaging
• Lifting - frequent lifting from floor to waist level
• Reaching - extending arms and hands in front of body and below the waist when packaging parts
• Turning/twisting/bending/stooping - occasionally required to perform packages, etc.
