Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating assembly equipment, handling materials, and ensuring smooth production processes in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and be committed to maintaining safety and quality standards. Job Description
  • Follow a defined production schedule and job-specific requirements
  • Operate assembly equipment to maximize operational efficiency
  • Allocate and organize materials on the production floor
  • Manage finished products including boxing, labeling, and palletizing
  • Set up and maintain material drying, conveying, and auxiliary equipment
  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Report issues related to materials, maintenance, secondary operations, or quality promptly
  • Complete and manage production reporting as required
  • Participate in ongoing training programs
Skills Required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid mathematical aptitude
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
Education
  • High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
  • Shift: Day shift 6am - 6pm
  • Equipment to use: manual pallet jack and electric pallet jack
