Assembly Technician - Rapat Corporation

Location: Hawley, MN

Full-Time | 45-hour work week

Compensation: $19-$25/hr (DOE)

Shift Details:

• Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Fri: Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products independently using various hardware and tools
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions
• Ensure parts are positioned and assembled accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Stage and prepare parts for next operations
• Package products for shipping
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Assist team members with projects and use handheld devices/apps
