Location: Pottstown Area

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (may flex to 6:00 AM depending on department needs)

Pay: Up to $24/hour

Job Summary

We're looking for skilled Production Technicians who love working with their hands and take pride in precision. If you have experience in electromechanical assembly and soldering, this is your chance to join a tight-knit team where your work truly matters.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble wire harnesses and mechanical frames
  • Build electromechanical sub-assemblies
  • Assist with quality testing of systems and sensors
  • Clean, package, and prep systems for shipment
  • Identify and report issues or areas for improvement
  • Provide general support to the production management team

    • What We're Looking For

    • 15 years of electromechanical assembly experience
    • Previous soldering experience (required)
    • Strong background in electronics
    • Comfortable reading work instructions and technical drawings
    • Experience with small parts and machine shop tools
    • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Technical education or training preferred
    • Team player attitude
