ASSEMBLY - APS : Job Details

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Assemblers for a company based in Cullman, AL. In this role, youll work in a modern, air-conditioned facility assembling Side x Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, trailers, and Sea-Doo watercraft. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer with hands-on experience and opportunities for raises and career growth after the 90-day probationary period.

Pay Rate: $14.00 $15.00 per hour (raises available after hire-on)

Schedule and Hours:

• Tuesday Friday: 8:30 am 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am 3:00 pm

Assembler Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble Side x Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, trailers, and Sea-Doos.
• Assist the service department with projects as needed.
• Help unload trucks and handle incoming customer units.
• Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Follow detailed assembly and safety procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assembler Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must pass a background check (90-day probationary period).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Mechanical background and personal tools are a plus, but not required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire
