Assembly Associate - Ecolab : Job Details

Assembles light mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic components to exact specifications. Performs simple hydraulic and electrical checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment. Performs assigned re-manufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, polishing, inspection and re-assembly. Works from process and specifications sheets. Accurately processes necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping. Utilizes TPM tools improve safety, efficiency, increase service to our customers and reduce cost. Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader. Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and losses. Assists in training teammates. Other duties as assigned. Position Details:Plant location: Roscoe, IL - Work week and shift: Monday - Thursday 6 am-4 pm, 10-hour days.
