? Job ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Formed Hose Assembly Team, you'll be working in teams of three in a clean and safety-focused environment producing fiberglass fluid transmission hoses for major auto manufacturers. Tasks include:

• Removing a small metal clamp from the hose
• Blowing air through the hose to clear it
• Reattaching a metal piece and cap
• Returning completed hoses to a basket for heat processing
• Rotating through related tasks as needed (some paperwork included)
• Occasionally assisting other departments
• Documenting work accurately

Required Qualifications

• Above-average hand-eye coordination and hand strength
• Able to stand and move for entire 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in warm and moderately noisy areas
• Reliable attendance and commitment to shift schedule
• Able to work in a team of three, rotating tasks as needed
• Strong focus on quality and process documentation
• Willingness to follow strict safety and attendance policies
