Assembly 1st Shift - Flex-Staff : Job Details

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for several general Assemblers to work for a manufacturing company in Brillion on 1st shift - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

• We welcome Spanish speaking applicants to apply! Translator available if needed.

Work 4 10-hour shifts and have 3 day weekends!Duties include but not limited to:

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate
