Adecco Staffing is sourcing for Clean Room Assemblers in the Shirley, MA area! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-4:30PM Pay range: $19-$21/hour DOE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clean Room Assemblers. This role involves assembling precision components in a controlled clean room environment, ensuring quality and compliance with strict cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions and technical drawings.
- Follow clean room protocols and maintain cleanliness standards at all times.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and report any defects.
- Accurately complete documentation and production logs.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in clean room assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow strict procedures and work instructions.
- Comfortable wearing clean room garments and working in a controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
