\n - Must be proficient in population, wire assembly, power wiring and closure assembly\n - Regularly lift 30-50 pounds\n - Look for process improvement initiatives\n - Follow detailed written or verbal instructions\n - Adapt to changing tasks as varying models of products are produced.\n - Provide update to Production Supervisor on completed projects and any manufacturing\nissues encountered during 2nd shift\n - Remove defective products as needed.\n - Work at different workstations as production needs require.\n - Clean equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures.\n. Requirements\n - Minimum of three years of component assembly experience or equivalent education and\nexperience.\n - Must be self-motivated.\n - Experience in using basic hand tools, and power tools.\n - Good attention to detail.\n - Prior carpentry or manufacturing experience.\n - Clear oral communication skills for effective interaction.\n - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n...Assembler, Staffing
