\n. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment through daily organization and cleanup\n. Actively participate in continuous process improvement initiatives\n. Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures\n. Adhere to safety guidelines and promptly report unsafe conditions\n. Execute tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision\n. Provide support in other areas as business needs dictate\n. Conduct fine pitch soldering operations\n. Perform rework on products following documented instructions and/or ECO or deviation documents\n. Conduct inspections and perform rework as necessary\n. Assemble PC boards on the hand pass line as part of a team or independently using process documents and drawings\n. Execute secondary operations per customer drawings and/or process documentation\n.
