Adecco Staffing is hiring Assembler for a manufacturing company specializing in lighting fixtures. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential for the right candidate!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) - Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Location: Highland, NY

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components or products with precision using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.

• Read and follow instructions, blueprints, or schematics.

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Package completed products for shipping or the next stage of production.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Meet production goals while delivering top-quality results.

• Report any issues to supervisors quickly to keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is great but not required-we'll train the right person!

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
