Assembler - Minnesota Staffing : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of a dynamic workshop in Fergus Falls, MN, supporting a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location: Fergus Falls, MN

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: 5:30 AM to 2 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assembles components per production schedule
• Performs quality checks as required
• Participates in cycle count activities
• Acts as a mentor to less experienced co-workers
• Assists others throughout the company as priorities allow

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
