• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures, including OSHA compliance.
• Assemble electrical/electronic systems, wiring, and components according to drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Inspect and test assemblies; identify and resolve defects or issues.
• Label, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, soldering equipment).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 6S and Kaizen events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year assembly experience.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years experience using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read tape measures to 1/16 and perform basic math.
• ERP system experience (manufacturing data entry).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift operation.
• Flexible work hours when required.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn.
