Description Remedy Staffing is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Custom Industrial Control Panel Assemblers. Key Responsibilities:

- Drill and tap panels using a hand drill.
- Assemble wiring and components using wire crimpers, screwdrivers, and other hand tools.
- Follow detailed blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality throughout the assembly process.
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints/schematics.
- Experience with hand tools such as drills, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
