Assembler - DuraServ : Job Details

Job Summary:Our Assemblers work on our innovative DuraFlex products. Providing the best customer service in the industry allows us to continue raising the bar on what quality service looks like.Essential Functions

• Collection of open accounts receivable within the area of responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals and specified metrics.
• Many different aspects of the assembly process
• Hands-on general labor
• Aide in performing the physical inventories
• All other duties may be assigned at management's discretion

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understand and be able to use power tools (screw guns, etc.)
• Be able to read a tape measure
• Be open to learning a new skill set
• Be able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Be able to work where needed
• Possess attention to detail

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Standing on your feet the entire shift
• Pulling, or, moving materials up to 50 lbs
• Ergonomics
• Lifting
• Bending
• Pushing
• Repetitive movements

Travel

• This job requires no planned business travel.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age
• At least 6 months of manufacturing/warehouse/assembly experience is desired
• Driver's license preferred
