Adecco is currently hiring for an Assembler for their client in Montebello, CA. Ideal candidate should have experience as an Assembler using mechanical, small hand tools and power tools. Candidate will perform light assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity and motor skills. MUST be able to read simple instructions and diagrams.
This is a 1st shift position 4am-12:30pm with possible overtime, as well as possible Saturdays. Pay is $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities include:
• Use mechanical and hand tools
• Be able to prepare and install inserts and rivets for assembly
• Follow simple instructions from Supervisor
• Identify and report safety hazards in the workplace
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to determine that components are in good condition prior to assembly
work
• Ability to assemble electromechanical components (valves and motors,) and
harness
• Ability to understand basic drawings and diagrams
• Ability to close and pack finished goods
• Attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations
Additional Skills:
• Sheet metal or electromechanical component assembly
• Basic Math?(counting, addition/subtraction)
• Problem Identification
• Basic blueprint or wire diagram reading

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
