(Based on experience) Schedule: Day Shift begins at 6:00am - 3:30pm (8-hour day), 4:30pm (9-hour day), or 5:30pm (10-hour day) As an Assembler, you'll play an essential role in our production process. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards, working with minimal supervision to operate equipment, read blueprints, and fabricate components. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and computer-controlled machinery
• Set up production equipment according to safety and quality guidelines
• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams
• Fabricate specialty/custom parts and components
• Load, unload, and move materials using lifting equipment (when available)
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and complete electronic documentation (barcoding, scanning, checklists, etc.)
• Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance
• Uphold 5S and housekeeping standards in the department
