Assembler - Lancesoft : Job Details

Role Assembler Location Colorado Springs, CO, 80921 Duration 12+ months (possible extension) Shift 1 st M-F Pay Range $20 - $22/hr on W2 (all inclusive) Job Responsibilities:

• Implement quality checks based on instructions provided and specifications defined by the company, to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.
• Operates a set of machines and production equipment, ensuring safety and following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Monitors output quality to identify and address any faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing as necessary.
• Documents and records of daily production activities to facilitate performance analysis and reporting.
• Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records.
• Demonstrates understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to maintain a secure work environment.
• Fosters positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, seeking feedback and adapting working methods for continuous improvement.
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines, promptly recognizing and communicating any issues or abnormalities to appropriate personnel while prioritizing workplace health and safety.

Minimum required Education:

• High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
• Minimum required Experience: No prior experience or equivalent.
