Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule :Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (with potential Saturday overtime)
We're hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to build large switchgear cabinets and electrical panels. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineered drawings in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble switchgear cabinets and electrical panels per specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Use hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical assembly
Install and test components for proper function
Adapt to various tasks based on production needs
Qualifications
3+ years of mechanical/electrical assembly experience preferred
Skilled in blueprint reading and tool use
Familiarity with sheet metal and panel assembly
Forklift experience is a plus
Able to stand for 10-hour shifts

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $22.00/hr.
