Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble metal parts and components according to specifications and blueprints
• Operate fabrication equipment, including brake presses, punch presses, band saws, and shears
• Use hand and power tools to perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently
• Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to ensure proper assembly
• Perform precise measurements using a tape measure (down to the 8ths, 16ths, and 32nds)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout your shift
• Cross-train on various machines to grow your skills and value within the team
• Pass a basic math test to confirm measurement accuracy and attention to detail

• General blueprint reading experience required
• Assembly experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with fabrication processes and machinery
