Staffmark is hiring immediately for an Assembler in Farmington, CT. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity to grow your skills and join a company committed to quality, teamwork, and innovation. Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble automatic doors and entrance systems using technical drawings
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Must be able to follow safety and quality standards
