Looking for a new opportunity? We're immediately hiring entry-level assemblers to support our client's manufacturing operations in Coatsville, IN!

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Duties:

• Follows all company and departmental safety rules including proper use of personal protective equipment

• Performs all required quality checks to assure products conform to company standards including completing final inspection per line

• Maintains 5s standards of housekeeping in work area

• Meets production requirements

• Assists in setup for production

• Communicates what tools are needed to continuously improve inefficiencies in various operations

• Assembles components and sub-assemblies into completed product

• Verifies dimensions and makes adjustments during the assembly process

• Performs testing of finished product by checking operational functions

• Disassembles, reworks and does touch up painting as required

• Maintains documentation as needed including updating of hour by hour boards

• Assists in training coworkers in proper work procedures and safety

• Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments

• Must be mechanically inclined and have good eye/hand coordination

• Knowledge of, and ability to use, both hand and power tools essential

• Ability to operate overhead crane as necessary

• Knowledge of product operational functions necessary

• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends

• Must be physically capable of standing/working 8+ hour shift(s)

• Must be able to lift, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled areas

• Must be able to wear required safety equipment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.50 - $17.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
