DescriptionAssembler Murfreesboro, Tennessee Description As a key member of our production team, you'll perform hands-on assembly operations to build high quality sub-assemblies and complete firearms. You'll ensure each product meets our exacting standards through precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Working closely with engineers and quality teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering reliable, performance driven firearms to our customers. About the Role
  • Performs various assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
  • Performs measurements, using calipers, micrometers, and dial gages.
  • Performs functional and operational test of firearms.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
About You With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, you take pride in producing precision-built products in a fast paced, hands on environment. You're a reliable team player who follows established processes and safety standards, and you enjoy working collaboratively to deliver high-performance firearms. Education:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Technical degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Military experience in firearms preferred.
