You'll ensure each product meets our exacting standards through precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Working closely with engineers and quality teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering reliable, performance driven firearms to our customers. About the Role
- Performs various assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
- Performs measurements, using calipers, micrometers, and dial gages.
- Performs functional and operational test of firearms.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
About You With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, you take pride in producing precision-built products in a fast paced, hands on environment. You're a reliable team player who follows established processes and safety standards, and you enjoy working collaboratively to deliver high-performance firearms. Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Technical degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
- Military experience in firearms preferred.
