Perform higher level electrical component assemblies accurately according to work instructions, drawing specifications and/or engineering requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble/solder or disassemble batteries, chargers, and accessories by hand, hand tools, simple automatic tools, and automated machines following supervisor/engineering directions and work instructions. Notify the appropriate personnel of any problems associated with the disassembly or re-assembly process. Perform multiple computer-based functional tests and other functional tests concurrently. Precisely apply RTV, epoxy and glue at specified area, assemble connector assemblies by crimping wires to socket/lug, apply labels or stamp at specified area on products, perform meshing and taping on products, operate automated machines, and sow on ad hoc assignments.
