**Job Description**Full-time onsite:Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.**Perform a variety of task ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/ or power tools, jigs and saws. Makes frequent checks on work in process and completed work. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions****Directs and trains assigned personnel and assists in managing production for assigned area. Collaborates and cooperates with supervisors to ensure key objectives - efficient and productive job performance - are met through coordinating labor, equipment, and materials. Ensures appropriately skilled resources are available and assigned to provide comprehensive support to meet commitments for quality, production, and delivery. Provides leadership and technical guidance to assignees and is expected to perform production activities as needed with minimal supervision. Proactively supports and creates an engaging work environment****Required Education, Experience, & Skills**+ High School diploma or GED+ 2 years Assembly experience+ Ability to spend extensive time looking in microscope+ Soldering Exp+ Hand to eye coordination+ Strong attention to detail+ Strong communication skills+ Ability to work in a team environment.+ Ability to work on computers including Microsoft office.+ Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity) test at time of hire+ Ability to teach and have patients with team members**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Soldering experience and certifications (J-STD-001, IPC 610)**Pay Information**Full-Time Salary Range: $43170 - $69073Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
