Assembler II Location: Simi Valley, CASchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $24 - $26 per hour The company is a family-owned medical device manufacturer proudly operating in California since 1980. We are dedicated to producing high-quality products that support healthcare professionals across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our production team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing medical devices to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient assembly of our life-saving products.Responsibilities: Assemble products according to companies Production System standards Support production lines and maintain a clean work area Identify and address nonconforming items Follow all company Quality System requirements Meet or exceed daily production and support time standards Continuously seek ways to improve processes and product quality Collaborate with management to solve problems and optimize workflow Report inventory shortages to Supply Chain team Rework products and identify root causes Perform duties independently without direct supervision Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in English (verbal and written communication) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours Capable of following written, verbal, and visual instructions Comfortable using handheld and power tools Able to read standard work instructions Familiar with operating a walk-behind forklift Basic computer skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Must adhere to safety rules and company regulations Benefits uppon hiring permanently: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Sick leave Paid vacation after one year of continuous employment Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan If you're looking for a rewarding role in a mission-driven company with a strong team culture, we'd love to hear from you!Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
