Job Description This position is 2nd shift,on site,with a 10% shift premium. Assemble printed circuit boards at various operations such as hand soldering, hand placing parts, masking, running provided machinery for conformal coat spray and bonding materials, SMT application, visual inspection using microscope or a dazor. (will train the right candidate) Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - High School diploma or GED
- Assembly experience in manufacturing environment.
- Use of hand tools for fine manipulation
- Good written and verbal communication
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Circuit card manufacturing, understand how to identify electronic components and properly orient them into a circuit board according to polarity
- Follow written instructions, interpret assembly drawings, work independently, and use clear written or oral communication to share information with team members, support staff, and management.
- Microsoft Office suite of products and be able to use a computer to communicate with the team.
- Working knowledge of ORACLE and Factory Logix (FLX)
- Able to interpret and understand the instructions on process sheets, prints or route cards.
- AOI Experience.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $31692 - $50708Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
