Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ultimate Staffing is proud to partner with an industry-leading client in their search for Clean Room Assemblers for a direct hire opportunity in Sparta, NJ. Our client is a multinational manufacturer of single-use bioprocessing solutions (SUT) used in the production of cutting-edge biological drugs, including monoclonal antibodies, gene therapies, cell therapies, and vaccines.

With global operations across the U.S. and Europe, this company operates a leading platform of vertically integrated critical fluid management technologies and integrated solutions. Their single-use systems are utilized by top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations-from research and development through full-scale commercial cGMP manufacturing.

Position Summary:

The Clean Room Assembler will be responsible for the precise assembly of bioprocessing products and components in a regulated clean room environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in an ISO-regulated clean room environment while wearing required PPE (scrubs, bunny suit, gloves, eyewear, mask, shoe covers, etc.)
  • Assemble components including tubing and small parts following work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
  • Measure, cut, align, and position materials accurately
  • Operate hand tools such as tubing spreaders, cutters, sealers, and cable guns
  • Complete documentation for each lot or batch according to GMP standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the workspace
  • Conduct visual inspections of components and finished assemblies
  • Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to the supervisor
  • Meet daily production goals and contribute to team targets
  • Follow all safety and quality protocols
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and BoMs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs as needed
  • Must be able to adhere to clean room gowning and hygiene protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience
