In this role, you'll operate rollers safely, work closely with team members to meet compaction standards, and maintain equipment for peak performance. If you're safety-focused, skilled with asphalt mixes, and dedicated to quality, Sunroc offers a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.Things You'll Do* Operate the asphalt roller safely and efficiently.* Work with screedman and paving foreman to complete a quality job and meet compaction requirements.* Help team members with cleaning out the paver.* Direct and teach laborers.* Keep the roller greased, oiled, and perform minor repairs if needed using oilcans, grease gun or hand tools.Requirements* Must be 18 years or older.* Experience rolling different types of asphalt mixes.* Understand paving procedures.* Attention and commitment to safety.* Ability to work well with others in a team environment.* Strong work ethic.BenefitsAt Suncore, we value people.
