Asphalt Plant Operator/Maintenance - CRH PLC : Job Details

The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the daily operations of the plant to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. The operator plays a critical role in maintaining production schedules, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a seasonal position with overtime required during the peak season. The responsibilities include: Monitor asphalt operation to ensure quality mix Operate plant according to production schedule using appropriate materials Perform a wide range of laboring duties Assist in plant repair and maintenance Compile reports regarding plant production and maintenance Work in a safe and professional manner Report any accidents or incidents to supervisor Perform daily post inspections and risk assessment forms Always wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Properly follow all company policies along with OSHA/ MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment Potential for night work Requi...Operator, Maintenance, Plant, Operations, Manufacturing
