Pavcon Group is seeking an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and PM Cat 950M Loader at Asphalt plant.
• Keep silos and bins full of necessary aggregate during plant operations.
• Maintain inventory levels of aggregate on yard.
• Assist plant operator with running of asphalt plant.
• Assist with necessary plant maintenance and repairs.
• Work on Continuous improvement of plant operations.
• Other job responsibilities as necessary.
• Some travel in off season assisting other plant operations.

​Hours: Mon-Fri 7:am-4:30 pm
