The team combines expertise in healthcare, machine learning, and product design to tackle some of the industry's toughest challenges, from reducing administrative burden to delivering personalized patient experiences.

Role Overview:

We're seeking an AI Engineer who is excited to work at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world healthcare impact. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that directly enhance patient care and provider efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams to bring new AI capabilities from research to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, prototype, and implement AI models in areas such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, and computer vision for healthcare applications.
  • Fine-tune and evaluate large language models to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance in clinical contexts.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into our core platform.
  • Optimize inference performance, scalability, and reliability for healthcare-grade deployments.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI research and translate new advances into practical solutions.
  • Ensure AI systems meet healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements (HIPAA).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a track record of delivering production-ready models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP pipelines, or multimodal models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of data governance and privacy considerations, especially in healthcare.
  • Bonus: prior experience in digital health, health informatics, or regulated AI systems.
