The Asset Protection Armored Car-Smart Safe Specialist supports the stores and field in day-to-day cash collection operations of armored car and smart safes. The specialist is expected to facilitate and resolve performance issues on a store-by-store basis, aid project management, and train Dollar Tree associates on the use of the smart safe. The specialist will work to build solutions and recommendations to drive performance improvement and compliance for armored services & smart safes within our stores. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Partner with vendors/third party project management teams and internal business partners to resolve store smart safe usage problems. Manage the cash loss inbox and respond to all store/field email requests. Protect store safety by monitoring store cash amounts to prevent excess amounts from accumulating. Arrange emergency pick-up/drop-off service in stores where service disruption has caused excess amounts to accumulate.
