Ariba B&I TL / Cloud Customer Service - Functional Consultant- Remote - The Dignify Solutions, LLC : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Ariba B&I Functional Consultant for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ariba B&I and at least 3 end-to-end implementations
• Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Ariba solutions/services
• Program and customer relationship management experience
• Ability to drive and influence technical design decisions for SAP solutions
• Experience with downstream modules (Buying & Invoicing) and related technologies supporting Source to Pay
• Collaboration with functional, procurement, and IT teams to design and build SAP Ariba solutions
• Support for business migration to Ariba, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to build proofs-of-concept and present technical designs
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba downstream modules and SAP systems
• Procure-to-Pay process expertise in Ariba
• Experience with Ariba integrations using cXML, Proxies, IDOCs, Webservices, CIG, CPI
• Proficiency in calling Ariba APIs via CPI/middleware for reporting
• Expertise in catalog administration, including setting up Punch-out and CIF catalogs
• Experience in procurement of materials/services from supplier catalogs
• Assisting suppliers with catalog setup, testing, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to finance processes like Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, and Tax is a plus
• Experience in creating Service Requests and Incident tickets with Ariba support teams
