Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Manage maintenance operations in a warehouse environment, overseeing equipment, safety, compliance, and team development to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate workloads.

Ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses.

Develop team members and support their growth.

Ensure compliance with regulations such as OSHA, NFPA, DOT, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum: Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in an Industrial field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business/Industrial field OR 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance environment.

Preferred: Experience with compliance, refrigeration, warehouse management systems, and supervising teams.
