Your leadership will inspire teams, enhance client satisfaction, and drive studio success in Rye Brook and beyond. 🔍 Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead Multi-Location Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rye Brook studio while ensuring the success of 2-3 additional locations. • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop strategies to meet and exceed membership growth and revenue goals across all studios. • Mentor General Managers: Guide, train, and support General Managers to align with company standards and deliver results. • Analyze & Improve: Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance. • Build a Positive Culture: Foster a motivating and supportive environment that aligns with StretchLab's mission and values. • Hands-On Leadership: Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, support staff, and enhance the client experience. • Collaborate & Execute: Partner with leadership to implement marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
