Area Maintenance Lead - Fremont, NE - Royal Canin Sas : Job Details

We're looking for an Area Maintenance Lead for Extrusion who will be responsible for maintaining equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance to prevent problems, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring equipment operates effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND/OR
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced problem-solving and project management skills
• Confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint), production planning systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in food manufacturing

• Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Responsible for diagnosing and resolving equipment inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Lead major equipment rebuilds and guide the installation of complex systems.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness.
