Director Of Security Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple hospitality-related properties in the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas
• Oversee a large staff
• Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations
• Operate within budget constraints
• Design, implement, and maintain rigorous safety standards while ensuring seamless, welcoming experiences for guests and staff

Director Of Security Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Security Manager in NYC
• NYS Security Guard License required; Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification preferred
• Must have experience overseeing F&B-related properties as well as high-rise and office building security
• Multi-property experience
• Hotel experience
• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the job
• Willingness to work weekends, late nights and holidays as needed
