Area Director - Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates : Job Details

Area Director $70,000 / year$2,500 sign-on bonus Provides overall direction and supervision of assigned area and subsidiary programs. This position is responsible for the management of all day-to-day programmatic services of Seven Hills. Rhode Island Residential Services with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of supports for individuals and/or their families. Oversees all facets of services and programming including government affairs and relations, family andconsumer advocacy, intra-agency and community relations, fiscal management, programmatic issues,staff issues, and contracts. Responsibilities Works with the AVP to establish current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies for the program. Responsible for certification and/or licensing requirements for the program.
